The Cherokee County Museum is seeking enthusiastic volunteers who have a passion for history and community engagement. Volunteers play a vital role in preserving and sharing our local heritage while creating a welcoming experience for visitors. Opportunities may include: Greeting and assisting guests Leading or supporting guided tours Assisting with events and educational programs Helping with collections, archives, or research Supporting general operations and special projects No prior museum experience is required—just a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and an interest in local history.
