Suggestions for filling out submission form:
While not every field is required, we recommend filling out as much information as possible. Be sure to include details like the skills needed, estimated time, and the basics—who, what, when, where, and why. Bullet points work well and are easier to read. The more complete your listing, the easier it is for volunteers to understand your needs and decide if they’re a good fit—saving time for everyone.
Submitting a logo helps your listing stand out on the list, but is optional. For best results, upload a square logo (1:1). It will display as a circle or square. If you don’t have a square logo, you can use any photo editing software to crop a part of it to a square. Choose whichever part will look best on the list. More tips below.
Volunteers may contact you using the email you provide in the form. If you include a website, they may also reach out to you directly through there. Our role is simply to help people see that you need help and give them a way to connect—the rest is up to you.
If something on the site isn’t working as expected, feel free to let me know through the contact form, and it will be addressed.

Tips for logo: If you have a wide logo, crop the part with the beginning letters of your company name, or if it includes an image, you could just use the image and crop off the words. Another method is to use software to add white space to make it a square. It’s just a tiny image at the beginning of your listing. (See the volunteer page for how it will appear.)
