Share Your Hobbies and Crafts with Kids
Do you garden, collect stamps, collect rocks, sew, raise bees, have craft skills, have art skills, build birdhouses, or have any other hobbies or crafts you can share with kids?
Kids Upstate oversees Kids Clubs, which provide a structured youth development program after school. The Clubs meet in the host school, throughout the year and during the summer.
Kids Club leaders for our local Cherokee County Clubs are Kim Bonner (B.D. Lee), Tonya Rousseve (Blacksburg), Carolyne Sellars (Draytonville), Hope Teaster (Limestone Central), and Cynthia Peeler (Luther Vaughn).
These leaders need your help to supplement the existing youth development program. They need volunteers who can come to the host school and share their hobbies or special talents to help enrich the kids.
